RETURN POLICY

At the VJA Spiritwear Shop, each item is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand vendor. Because of this process, all products are custom printed just for you once you place an order, thus we do not offer refunds. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing:

❌ Returns & Exchanges (Not Supported for Buyer’s Remorse)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:

• Ordered the wrong size, color, or style

• Changed your mind after the order was placed

✅ Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered. We will gladly issue a free replacement under these conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Submit a clear photo of the damaged or defective item via email to tboltspiritwear@gmail.com.

• If multiple items with the same design are affected, a photo (or video) showing all items together will be required.

🚚 Issues With Deliveries Can Occur

We aren’t responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or delivery issues, it is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery service, United States Postal Service, to see what might have caused the delivery issue. We’ll mail items to the address that was used when the order was placed. A tracking number will be sent out when the order has been processed and is mailed out. Please check your address fully before placing the order.

📩 How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement/exchange, please contact us through our email, tboltspiritwear@gmail.com, within 14 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos (or video if multiple items are affected)

⚠️ Print Placement Tolerance

We utilize DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for our garments, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inch in print placement. Slight variations within this range are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
